Artificial Lift Areas We Serve!
Progressive Cavity Pump Systems
The progressive cavity pump (PCP) is a positive-displacement pump where the rotor is in direct contact with the stator along helical lines that spiral through the pump. The rotor revolves within a stator to produce an “angering” action in lifting fluid to the surface. System capable of producing from relatively shallow depths and requires continual pump submergence to maintain elastomer lubrication.
Reciprocating Rod Lift Systems
The most common artificial lift method. A downhole pump consisting of a barrel and plunger with ball and seat valves is connected to a surface unit with a string of sucker rods. The surface unit reciprocates the rods and downhole pump to lift fluid to the surface. The unit can be constructed as a Beam Pumping Unit, Hydraulic or Pneumatic machine or any other device capable of reciprocating the rods.
Plunger Lift Systems
This method of lift involves a plunger that transits up and down the tubing alternately lifting slugs of liquid to the surface and then returning back to bottom to repeat the process. The plunger contains a simple valve that can be open or closed. The lifting capacity of plunger lift system is proportional to the difference between casing pressure and tubing pressure and usually do not exceed 200 bpd.
